He was predeceased by: his parents, Mary Catherine "Kate" and Thurman; and his brother Michael "Mike". He is survived by: his wife Bonita "Bonnie"; his children, Shaun and Tracy; his granddaughters, Brittney and Jordan; his great grandchild Garret; his pet Benjee; his sister Teresa "Terri"; and his nephew Winston "Winnie".
In lieu of flowers, Thom would've wanted donations extended to Disabled American Veterans, Vietnam Veterans Memorial Fund or BoysTown Charities which were all passions of his.
