He was predeceased by: his parent Thom Lee Fleming Sr.; his sister Nicole Sleeth; his aunt Wendy Lucas; and his grandmother Sherry Fleming. He is survived by: his parent Jody Lynn Fleming of Akron; his wife Brittany Lauren Fleming; his children, Makenzie Rae and Caleb Thomas Fleming; his sister Brooke Fleming; his nieces, Cecilia Sleeth and Sage Zaragoza; and also, Mary, Robert Barsic and Carl Sharp. He is also survived by many aunts, uncles, and cousins.
