She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, Evers Waters and Helen Waters (Cook); her husband Robert F. Smith, Sr.; her children, Russell Flesher (Laura), Rebecca Roe (Jeff), Ryan Flesher (Alexis), Robert Flesher and Ronald Flesher (Stacy); her grandchildren, Nicolas, Natasha Flesher, Chelsea Stark (Adam), Sarah Roe, Avery, Addie Flesher, Tenaya and Cedar Flesher; her brothers, Bruce Waters (Pamela) and Harold Waters (Ruth); her stepchildren, Robert Smith, Jr. (Holly), Christopher Smith, Katie Calvo (Jose), Jonathan Smith and Allison Smith; her stepgrandchildren, Nathaniel Smith (Jenny), Gabrielle Smith, Rebecca Smith, Bennett, Annibelle Calvo and Jonathan Smith, Jr.; and her former husband Okey Flesher.
