He is survived by: his mother Lorene O'Neal (Sampson); his children, Rashad D Weems and Lovytta Moka Weems; his siblings, Lonnie O'Neal (Thelma), Willie O'Neal, Nadis O'Neal and Stephanie Muhammad; his grandchildren, Jaiya Ray, Amauria Ray, KaMya Ray and Chanel Bryson-Green; and his close friend Darlene Davis Elliott (O'Neal). He is also survived by nieces, nephews, cousins, aunts, uncles, and friends.
