Kurtz; his children, Tara Kurtz and Christopher Kurtz; his daughter-in-law Rebecca Kurtz; his grandchildren, Brayden, Avalyn, Logan and Mason; his pet Jazmyn; his grandchildren, Piper and Claire; his father Milton Kurtz; and his sisters, Sue Watford and Kathy Jenkins. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
