He was predeceased by: his parents, Stefan Kufchak and Anna Kufchak; his wife Emmeline Kraycheek; and his siblings, Olga, Adolf and Joseph.
He is survived by: his sons, Geoffry of Loris, Glenn of Jackson, Georgia, Gregory (Charlotte) of Westerville, Ohio, Gary of Sharon Center, Ohio and Kevin of Akron, Ohio; and his sister Irene McDonnell of Wadsworth, Ohio.. He is also survived by numerous grandchildren, great-grandchildren, great-great-grandchildren, nieces and nephews.
