She is survived by: her children, Dorothy Sylvester (Adam) and Isiah J Palmer; her siblings, Chevelle Norris, Kenneth Palmer, Gertrude Palmer, Kaprice Davis, Marcellia Stephens (Mack), Carmallia Beasley and Dwayne James; her stepmother Cynthia Scott; her aunts, Earnestine Ester, Lauren Tucker, Debra Doaty and Leila Cheatham (David); her grandchildren, Carter Scott, JC Palmer, Mackenzie Scott (Martha), Robert Scott (Brenda) and Fred Scott Jr. (Kathy); and her close friends, Darnella West, Ricka Laramore, Rose Hargrove, Stephanie Moore and Derrick Jones. She is also survived by cousins, nieces, nephews and friends.
