She was predeceased by: her parents, Elmer Rinsch and Sadie Rinsch (Outler); her brother Harold Rinsch; her brother-in-law Robert Putt; and her nephew Jonathan Putt.
She is survived by: her husband Richard Putt; her siblings-in-law, Audrey, Janet Putt, Diane Conrad and Jim Putt; and her nieces and nephews, Ruth, Jane, Carol Rinsch, Jenny Smith, Julie Mihuc, Stephanie Gabelman, Jennifer Nash, Gennifer, Courteney Conrad, David Rinsch and David Conrad.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations in Shirley's memory may be made to the church.
