She was predeceased by: her parents, William Phillips and Delores Phillips (Taylor); and her siblings, Billie Jean, Sonya and Tom.
She is survived by: her husband Stephen R. Lacey; her children, Steve (Jenny) and Elizabeth (Tommy); her grandsons, Curtis, Jacob, John and Jeffrey; and her sisters-in-law, Sandra (Rick) and Sue (Ron). She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
