She was predeceased by: her parents, Dale Russell and Beulah Russell; her daughter Tracy Kay; and her brothers, Robert Deem and Jack Deem.
She is survived by: her husband Lester Lowe Sr.; her children, Tammy Lowe, Deborah LeGendre, Michelle Glass (Denny) and Les Chan Lowe (John); and her sister Virginia Ritenour (Dave). She is also survived by 10 grandchildren and 12 great-grandchildren.
