He was predeceased by: his father David Smith, Sr. (Shane). He is survived by: his mother Charlese Smith; his siblings, Tashia N Mingle (Christopher, Sr.) and David Smith, Jr. (Monique); his niece Merci Mingle; and his nephew Christopher Mingle. He is also survived by many other family members and friends.
