He was predeceased by: his parents, Marilyn (Dick Amos) and Jim (Bev Fulkman); his brother Jeff Fulkman; and his siblings-in-law, Jim Geraci and Kathy Amos.
He is survived by: his siblings, Steve Fulkman (Jaclynn), Jody Geraci, Sue Ward (Larry), Rick Amos (Kyong Hui), Jane McKenney (Dave) and Charlie Amos; and his sister-in-law Debbie Fulkman. He is also survived by 15 nieces and nephews, and many great-nieces and great-nephews.
In lieu of flowers, the family suggests that donations be made to the American Heart Association.
