She was predeceased by: her husband George Evans. She is survived by: her son Paul Evans (Kelly); her grandson Aaron Evans; and her cousin Diane Sullivan.

In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the Alzheimer's Association, Greater East Ohio Chapter, 70 W. Streetsboro St., Ste.201, Hudson, OH 44236, in memory of Sandra Evans.
