It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Ruth A. Unger of Akron, Ohio, who passed away on February 1, 2022, at the age of 84, leaving to mourn family and friends. Leave a sympathy message to the family on the memorial page of Ruth A. Unger to pay them a last tribute.

She was predeceased by: her parents, Edward Moore and Ellen Moore (Crofoot); and her grandson Matthew Unger. She is survived by: her children, Jeff Unger (Patty), Brenda Kisner (Steve) and Bob Unger; her granddaughter Elizabeth Maille (Brenton); and her former husband Jerry.

Calling hours will be Friday February 11 from 10 Am until time of funeral services at 12 Noon at the Summit Mennonite Church 939 Norton Ave Barberton, Ohio 44203. (THE FAMILY ASKS THAT THOSE IN ATTENDANCE PLEASE WEAR A MASK).

The family asks that in lieu of flowers memorial contributions please be made to the family care of Shorts Spicer Crislip Funeral Homes 141 N. Meridian St. Ravenna, Ohio 44266.
