She was predeceased by: her parents, Donald E. Smith and Ruth Evelyn Smith (LeMasters); her husband Glenn R. "Bear" Park; her son Lance Wargo; and her siblings, Kathleen and Donald "Donnie" Smith.
She is survived by: her siblings, Robert Smith of Germany, John Smith of Akron, Doris Lange of Akron and Mark Smith of Stanley; and also, Anna Lange and Alicia Barnes (Brandon). She is also survived by her nieces and nephews.
