She was predeceased by: her father Curtis Mullins; her husband Richard "Dick" Winter; and her son Steven Winter. She is survived by: her daughters, Jan Eshelman (Jack) and Becky Doherty; her daughter-in-law Lisa Winter; her grandchildren, Janae, Jacey Eshelman, Caitlin Doherty (Vito Spano), Ross Doherty, Andrew and Michael Winter; and her great grandchildren, Vito III, Giovanni, Kaden and Kyler. She is also survived by many nieces, nephews, and friends.

Memorial contributions can be made in Ruby's name to Friends of Children's Hospital, One Perkins Square, Akron, Ohio 44308.
