It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Rosemary Passeos of Akron, Ohio, who passed away on August 21, 2024, at the age of 73, leaving to mourn family and friends. Leave a sympathy message to the family on the memorial page of Rosemary Passeos to pay them a last tribute.
She was predeceased by: her mother Alice Thompson; her sister Michele Arway; and her nephew Richard Arway (Greg Passeos). She is survived by: her sister Angie Thompson Malicki (Paul Phillips); her brother-in-law Rich Arway; her nieces and nephews, Renee Paterno (Bill), Kris Arway, Michael Brent Arway (Eilleen) and Brian Arway (Isabelle); her pet Dyna; and also, Ernie Passeos, Ernie Passeos Jr. and Summer Passeos. She is also survived by 11 great-nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made in Rose's memory to One of A Kind Animal Rescue, Paws and Prayers, Akron Zoo, or Summit County Humane Society, reflecting her lifelong dedication to animal welfare.
