He was predeceased by: his parents, Lester Howard and Blanche Howard; his siblings-in-law, Edward and Delma Trapp; his siblings, Don Howard, Etta May Fisher (Earl) and Clare Howard (June); his nephew Doug Howard; and his brother-in-law Floyd Earle (Skip).
He is survived by: his wife Edna; his daughter Connie Swain (Dan); his sisters-in-law, Linda Kerr (Bob) and Dr. Pat Earle (Larry); and his nieces and nephews, Craig Howard (Kelly), Mark Howard (Kim), Eric Kerr (Yoshika), Wayne Fisher (Linda), Tim Fisher (Terry), Claudia Earle (Andy), Lynn Earle (Michael) and Alison Earle.
In lieu of flowers donations can be made in his name to the American Diabetes Association, One of Kind Pet Rescue or First Christian Church of Cuyahoga Falls.
