He was predeceased by: his sons, Doug and John. He is survived by: his children, Jodi Terakedis (Nick) of Wooster, Joseph (Terri), Waynesburg and Jeffery. He is also survived by special friend and companion, Elizabeth; nine grandchildren, 15 great grandchildren; three sisters-in-law and many nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.

In lieu of flowers donations can be made in care of Hennessy Funeral Home.
