He is survived by: his wife Margaret; his children, Joyce Shyjka (David), Wayne Kelsey and Missy Mace (Corey); and his siblings, Susan Herchenroeder, Richard Carmack (Nancy), Robert Carmack (Stephanie) and Christine Masters (Jerry). He is also survived by 14 grandchildren and 8 great-grandchildren.
