He was predeceased by: his parents, Samuel Booth and Ramona Booth; his brother Robert Booth; and his grandchildren, Dawn Marie Booth and Kyle Joseph Taylor.

He is survived by: his wife Linda; his children, Maria Altizer (Gerald), Sheila Maddox (Donald), Karen Taylor (Shaun Piper) and Roger Booth II (Jill); and his siblings, Darlene Miller, Samuel Booth (Joanne), Melinda Mace (Ronny) and Bernida Harding. He is also survived by great grandchildren.
