She is survived by: her husband Gary; her children, Douglas Phillips (Stephanie) and Cynthia Patterson (David); her siblings, Meredith Ford and Rodney Ford (Sheila); and her grandchildren, William, Kiersten and Gavin. She is also survived by several nieces, nephews and relatives.
