We are sad to announce that on January 10, 2023, at the age of 90, Robert Milton Phelps of Akron, Ohio passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Milton Robert and Hazel Amanda Phelps (Stormer); his wife Carol; his son David; his sisters, Geraldine Stalnaker and Doris Hollister; and his brother-in-law Bruce Ward.
He is survived by: his daughters, Pam Badner of Akron, OH and Kathy Bricker; his son-in-law Leigh of North Wilkesboro, NC.; his grandchildren, Diane Tomak (Duane) of Smithville, OH and Jeffery Badner (Candice) of Carroll, OH.; his great grandchildren, Cooper Tomak, Casey Tomak, Bryce Badner and Barrett Badner; and his nieces and nephews, Susan Waggoner (David), Rick Stalnaker, Terry Hollister (Janie), Phil Hollister (Karen), Jill Wait (Tony), Teresa Sauner (Steve) and Michael Ward (Valerie).
