He is survived by: his wife Kimof46; his children, Mandi and Michael; his granddaughters, Maya and Mylee; and his siblings, Cathy Davis (George), Bruce, Todd (Tara), Scott (Barbie) and Rick (Tracy). He is also survived by several nieces, nephews and friends.
