He is survived by: his mother Carol Adkins (Coleman); his children, Richard (Malissa K.), David Adkins (Samantha K.) and Kristina Altizer (Gerald); his grandchildren, Drew, Madison, Nevaeh, Mackenzie, Alexis and Gabriel; his brother Kent (Terry); and his former wife Michele. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, aunts, uncles, cousins.
