He is survived by: his children, Aaron Williams, Tim Petty and Jessica Petty; his granddaughter Laila Petty; his close friend Sandy Gear; his sisters, Sue Bressler (Steve) and Darlene Petty; and his stepsons, Dan Gear (Kimberly) and Nick Gear. He is also survived by four step-grandchildren; and many cousins and friends.
