He was predeceased by: his parents, Robert Jones and Bess Jones; and his siblings, Barbara Gaydash (Jack), William Jones and Linda Thompson.

He is survived by: his wife Nancy Jones; his daughters, Tamara Shay (Pat), Cheryl Clark (Jim), Laura Pettit (Keith) and Melissa Cooper; his stepdaughters, Lisa Zepp (Mike) and Michelle Sutton (Bruce); and his brother John Jones. He is also survived by 13 grandchildren; 4 great-grandchildren, many in-laws, nieces and nephews; and several dear friends.
