He is survived by: his wife Pam Cottrell (Dolan); his sons, Rick (April Cottrell), Joe (Shelly Cottrell) and Jerry (Gina Cottrell); and his siblings-in-law, John and Susie Dolan. He is also survived by grandchildren; and great-grandchildren.
