He was predeceased by: his parents, Reverend Richard R. Ashburn, Sr. and Eugene Holmes. He is survived by: his sons, Aaron Cedric (Courtney) and Joseph Elliott (Tiffany); his stepdaughter Alexandra Kaplan; his wife Lisa Kaplan Ashburn; his grandchildren, Keira, Olivia, Aaron Jr. and Spencer; his siblings, Jennifer, Jacob (Patricia), James Ronald and Alfred; and his cousin Carolyn. He is also survived by many other family members and friends.
