We are sad to announce that on February 12, 2025, at the age of 67, Rebecca Kay Martin (Akron, Ohio) passed away. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Paul Phillips and Kathleen Phillips; her husband Tommy Martin; her mother-in-law Leola Martin; and her siblings-in-law, Ronald "Ronnie" Martin and Barbara Ann Turner.
She is survived by: her siblings, Gary Phillips (Mary) and Kimberly Harrison (Charles); her children, Jason Martin (Marketa) and Ashley Blair (Archie); her grandchildren, Makira Giner (John), Jason Martin III, Jakayla Martin, Archie Blair Jr. and Brooklyn Blair; her great grandchild Dante Giner; her close friend Jacqueline Petrey; and her brothers-in-law, Charles Martin (Shar), Douglas Woodley (Ruth), Nabeeh Waheed (Karen) and Richard Martin.
Visitation was held on Thursday, February 20th 2025 from 5:00 PM to 8:00 PM and on Saturday, March 8th 2025 at 11:00 AM. A memorial service will be held on Saturday, March 8th 2025 at 12:00 PM at the Goodyear Heights Community Church (464 Brittain Rd, Akron, OH 44305).
