It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Raegan Ranea Howze-Thornton of Akron, Ohio, who passed away on July 28, 2022, at the age of 19, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her grandmother Mary Pearl Thornton; her great-grandparents, Annie Mae Hill, Sammy J. Howze, Sr. and Sarah F. Howze; her uncle Mack Thornton; her cousins, Sharon and Marvin Hill; and her great-uncles and great-aunts, Sammy, Jr., Daniel, Michael Howze, Gwendolyn Harvey and Helen Irene Davis.
She is survived by: her parents, Ranatta Howze and Stevie Thornton; her grandparents, Rosemary Turner and James Trice; her sister Re'Ana Gadson-Howze; her aunts and uncles, Annett Copeland, Lillie Robins, Simone Trice, BiJon Trice (Tania), John Thornton (Paula) and Leonard Jones (Nicha); her great-aunt Minister Sandra Howze; and her great-uncle Waymond Howze-Heard.
