It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Phyllis Woodrum (Akron, Ohio), who passed away on December 21, 2024, at the age of 75, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
Though Phyllis may no longer walk beside us, her memory will forever be enshrined in the fabric of the lives of those Phyllis touched, a beacon of light guiding us through the darkness. In her absence, her spirit lives on — a gentle whisper in the breeze, a ray of sunlight on a cloudy day, a reminder that love knows no boundaries.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Howard Badgett and Hetta Badgett. She is survived by: her husband Jim; her sisters, Cindy Dolly (late Mike) and Amy Hemphill (Jeff); her sister-in-law Linda DeCastro (Bill); her niece Julie Kovach (Roman); her nephew Jim Woodrum (Taylor); and her grandchildren, Lexi, Livi, Lani Kovach, Trey and Tucker Woodrum.
