He is survived by: his wife Tara Johnson-Crihfield; his close friends, Rachael and Phillip Crihfield Jr.; his uncle Roy; his aunt Cathy Crihfield; his father Donnie Crihfield; his brothers, Chris Smith (Becky) and John Crihfield; his niece Amy; and his nephews, Kaleb and Freddy. He is also survived by many cousins, nieces & nephews.
