He is survived by: his wife Deborah "Bo" Johnson; his children, Judy Pickett, Janell Ferguson, Melissa Johnson, Garnetta Johnson and Ramono Cunningham; his grandchildren, Darnesha Pickett, JJ and Jasmine Ferguson; his cousin Lenora Wooldridge; his great grandchild Dalen Pickett; and his siblings-in-law, Sharon Toney, Tracy Clark and Vince Veal. He is also survived by great grandchildren, nieces, nephews.
