He is survived by: his parents, Eli Hochstetler (Bev) and Patricia Hochstetler; his son Connor; his wife Lori; his stepdaughters, Lauren McNulty (Shawn) and Nicole Rininger; his brothers, Mark Hochstetler (Darlene), Aaron Hochstetler (Sara) and Ty Holland (Christine); and his grandchildren, Camden, Brooklyn McNulty, Jacob, Lilly and Jennifer Anders.
He loved driving the big semi trucks and he was extremely proud of being an essential worker during the pandemic.
In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made in Phil's name to the Stephen A. Communale, Jr. Family Cancer Fund and the McDowell Cancer Center Assistance Fund at Cleveland Clinic Akron General.
