He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Michael Smith and June Smith; his son John Philip Smith; his brother Michael Smith; his wife Susan Marie Smith; his daughters, Christina Wise (Jim), Heather Vereecken (David) and Sarah Albertson (Adam); his grandchildren, Jenna Hastings (Matt), Kristin Wise, Payton Wise, Drew Vereecken, Heidi Vereecken, Miranda Smith, Lucy Albertson and Ellie Albertson; his great grandchild Henley Hastings; and his siblings, Richard Smith (Cara), Susan Nease and Kaylynn Collins (Tim). He was also cherished by many sisters and brothers-in-law, special nieces, nephews, dear friends and pets.
