He was predeceased by: his parents, John Chuha and Catherine Chuha (Haska); his sisters, Betty Anger and Sue Shirey; and his friend Benny Heisler (Charlotte).
He is survived by: his wife Marilyn Jean Chuha (Basinais); his daughters, Susan Mayberry (Dan) of Canal Fulton, Karen Campbell (Rick) and Diane Cannon of Texas; his sister Catherine Eberhart of Wadsworth; his grandchildren, Brian Menefee (Jen) of Canton, Kevin Menefee of Canal Fulton, Erin, Lauren Flake and Jake Cannon of Texas; his cousin Bob Haska (Barb) of Ravenna; and also, Bob Rambacher (Concetta), Denny Heiser, Don, Sue Holler and Trish Bucey. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews and many other loving friends.
In lieu of flowers, we ask memorials be made in Paul's name to the Green YMCA Youth Program and to Grace Bible Church on Manchester Road in New Franklin.
