He is survived by: his wife Kathy; his siblings, Mike (Barb), Terry (Shelly) and Kathy (Harlan); his sister-in-law Nancy; his parents-in-law, Lessie and Dean (Sharon); and his siblings-in-law, Ken (Diane), Dwayne, Cindy (Rick) and Nadine (Mike). He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
