He was predeceased by: his parents, Donald and Deloris. He is survived by: his wife Deahdra; his children, Seth Riley (Lily) and Erin Biscan (Dean); and his siblings, Tim Riley (Debbie), Steve Riley and Kelly Dugan. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
