She was predeceased by: her parents, Paul Carr and Georgia Carr; her husband Donald Hartline; her siblings, Kenny Carr, Maxine Miller and Ilene Matheny; and her stepson Donnie Hartline.
She is survived by: her close friend Rick Selzer; her stepson Michael Hartline (Debbie); her grandchildren, Lyndsey Witzberger (Justin) and Billy Hartline; her great grandchildren, Brandin, Adalynn, Raylyn and Sawyer; her brother Ron Carr (Constance); and her friend Karen Kindel. She is also survived by nieces, nephews.
