She is survived by: her husband Thomas Evans; her children, Shelly Cook, Michael Evans (Tracey) and Christine Coles (Jon); her grandchildren, Jacob Evans, Abigail Evans, Hailey Coles, Matthew Coles, Elisabeth Cook, Eric Cook, Haidyn Evans and Raegan Evans; her brother-in-law James Evans; her nieces, Angela Gesaman and Kathleen James; her nephew Daniel James; her brother Donald Smith; and also, Carrie Evans, Jon Coles and Tracey Evans.
