She was predeceased by: her parents, Harold Johnson and Geraldine Johnson (Gooden); and her siblings, Virginia Payne, Robert Johnson, William Johnson and Marjorie Johnson.
She is survived by: her husband Ronnie Hart; her children, Michelle Frase and Donald Hart (Wendy); her grandchildren, Jamie Foster, Nicholas Frase (Angelina Pesa), Lindsey Frase (Caleb Myers) and Gavin Hart; her great grandchildren, Josephina Yambar, Isabella Frase, Harlyn Myers and Grayson Frase; her friends, Donna Lute, Barbara Crozier and Nancy Cooper; and her niece Brenda Shackelford.
