She was predeceased by: her parents, Charles Clark and Mary Clark; her son Scott Phillips; and her siblings, Marlene Douthit, John Clark, Charles Clark (Juniboy) and Richard Clark.
She is survived by: her caregiver Deanna Clark. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
