Lewis III, Henry Lewis and Robert Lewis; her siblings, Tina Rothwell, Anna Frondorf, Mary Kadvan and Anthony Rothwell; her grandchildren, Danielle, Michael, Victoria, Andrew, Brittney, Joshua, Zakary, Adelle, Mikayla, Kennedy, Thomas Bennett IV, Gabriel and Cora; and her great grandchildren, Caleb, Christopher and Maddison.
