She is survived by: her children, Chris Helems (Conniejo Helems) of Cincinnati, Ohio, Dale Helems (Elizabeth Hene) of Rittman Ohio and Renee Bailey of Akron, Ohio.; and her grandchildren, Randy, Heidi, Stephanie, Victoria of Jessica, DJ, Amanda and Amber. She is also survived by 14 great-grandchildren.
