Hagins; his son Monte Nathan Hagins Jr.; his stepfather Jack Madden; his aunts and uncles, Eleanor Hagins Hoover of Columbus, OH, Arlene Hagins of Columbus, OH, Kim Hagins of Lake Mary, FL, Daniel Hagins (Margie) of Sanford, FL, Bruce Hagins (Anita) of Cleveland, OH and Ephram Hagins of Tallahassee, FL; and his great-aunt Lillie M. Brown of Akron, OH.
