It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Milton Hardaway (Akron, Ohio), born in Birmingham, Alabama, who passed away on September 12, 2024, at the age of 89, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, John Henry Hardaway and Della Hardaway (Parks); and his siblings, Inez, Edward, Lovett, John Nathan, Armstead, Addie, Anniebelle and Glanton.
He is survived by: his children, Paulette Moore (Marcus), Deborah McClendon (John), Minister Octavia Hardaway, Quincy of Akron, Ohio. and Milton Hardaway Jr. of Akron, Ohio.; his grandchildren, Tobian Richerson (Tina), Lakisha Moore, Julius Moore, Ashley Moore, Da'Liyah Morrow, Milliona Hardaway and Major Hardaway; and his great grandchildren, Tatyana Tolbert, Emil Richerson, La'Mont Vinson Jr., Tobian Richerson Jr., Corday Woolridge and Mayson Moore.
