He was predeceased by: his parents, Gilbert Moffit and Frances Moffit; his brother Gilbert Moffit; and his grandson Michael Sherman. He is survived by: his wife Gloria Moffit; his children, Dennis (Dionna), David (Michael Schroyer), Sheila and Tammy Moffit (Michael Sherman, Sr.); his grandchildren, Cameron (Jamie) and DJ; and his great grandchild Ryker.

In lieu of flowers, monetary donations can be made payable to Gloria Moffit.
