He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Michael P Vegh Sr. and Helen Vegh (Gaydash); his wife Clara (Lamonica); his children, Michele Jones (Bill), Denise Tokie (Ron), Rick (Renee), Dana Bostic (Glenn) and Michael (Renee); his grandchildren, Billy Jones (Chelsea), Toni Tokie, Anna Tokie, Hannah Vegh-Lobdell (Donald) and Lauren Vegh; and his great grandchild Maverick.

“I am one of Mr. Vegh's Respiratory Therapists. I will miss his stories about working with the Goodyear Blimp. I will miss him reminding me to bless myself each morning with his Holy Water. I will never forget the St. Michael medal he wore around his neck at all times! He was very devoted to Our Lady & Jesus. He was also such an appreciative person, always thanking me when I left his room. If there was a beautiful sunrise he would come find me, such a thoughtful man. RIP with Love, LeeAnne”
