He is survived by: his wife Shirley Jean Bell; his daughters, Tara A. Bell of Akron, OH., Trevalyn L. Bell of Akron, OH. and Twila D. Bell of Akron, OH.; and his siblings, Georgia Anne Bell of Akron, OH and Robert Belton of Shreveport, LA.. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
